Request a Speaker/Presentation

Thank you for considering having a member of our Food Bank Team attend your future event! We welcome the opportunity to speak or present at an upcoming meeting or event, in-person or virtually. We would love to share more information about the Food Bank’s work, the impact we are having in the communities we serve, and the many opportunities we offer for individuals and groups to engage in our mission.

To help us make the most informed decision about your request, we ask that you please fill out the request form at least one month prior to your event.

Request a Meeting Space

Northern Illinois Food Bank’s onsite community rooms offer a variety of flexible meeting spaces to partners in our mission to provide our neighbors nutritious food and resources. This includes volunteers, network partners, corporations, foundations and organizational donors. Other groups are welcome who agree to pay the room usage fee per the approval of Northern Illinois Food Bank. Circle of Hope Donors ($5,000+) have complimentary use of the meeting space.

Our community rooms can accommodate meetings for groups ranging from 5 to 250 during regular business hours. To make your event more meaningful, consider including a volunteer activity. Contact us today for room availability.

Request for Community Event

Thank you for considering having a member of our Food Bank Team attend your future community event. We love to share resources for both neighbors in need and supporters. Resources include flyers of where are partnering agencies are located (food pantries, soup kitchens, group homes/shelters, daycare, children and senior programs), SNAP (link/food stamps), different ways to get free groceries, different ways to get involved, and how to volunteer. In addition we love to give away free stuff. To help us make the most informed decision about your request, we ask that you please fill out the request form at least two months prior to your event and someone from our team will get back to you.
