PAPER COUNT SHEETS
Points of Service (POS) must be completed during every meal service. While we are continuously encouraging programs to switch to Meal Tracker, the electronic POS system for daily counts, we understand sometimes things happen and paper counts must be used during meal service.

All programs are required to send at least one staff person to an annual in person training at the start of each program year. The Child and Adult Care Food Program is a USDA funded program that requires staff to follow many rules.
